Green Juice

Has anyone heard of the green juice before? Not only its super green it’s very healthy for you. What it consists of is all the green vegetable you can think of, yes even zucchini. Most nutritionist recommends fresh greens which you will need assistance of a juicer for optimal nutrition.
Due to the standard American diet that mainly consist of processed, full of artificial flavorings and chemicals, it’s impairing our body from fully absorbing all the nutrition from the vegetables or from any other food for a matter of fact. When juicing, all the body is taking in is a liquid which helps pre-digest the nutrients for the body instead of just passing it through the body as feces.

They have five main claims about their product: Chlorophyll, Trace minerals, Vegetable Protein Enzymes, and Alkalizing abilities.
Chlorophyll is used in various treatments from periodontal disease, diabetes and low iron, to open wounds, ulcers and body odor. This green plants chemical makeup is similar to hemoglobin in the blood that transports oxygen throughout the body. The only difference between the two chemical structures is that the center element of chlorophyll is magnesium, while the center element of hemoglobin is iron. Research shows that the chlorophyll can be converted to hemoglobin in turn increase flow of oxygen throughout the body which will reduce fatigue.

  2. Interesting blog. Health and wellness seem to be one of your major passions. I've never really drank a lot of the juices made from vegetables, but I know a lot of people who are really dedicated to the practice with some of them juicing vegetable nightly. I should definitely look more into the health benefits of it and consider it more seriously.
