Through extensive studies, researchers suggest that green tea can help treat atherosclerosis because of the antioxidant properties of it. After following a large group of people in the study with a diverse dietary they have found that by consuming 3 cups of green tea a day, they concluded that the rate of heart attacks decreased by 11% although the FDA rejected tea companies to put on their labels that it reduces risks of heart disease because they didn’t have scientific reasoning to support the claims. 1. How interesting! I knew green tea was a good way to lose weight but I had no idea how good it was for your body. I think I will start drinking green tea because it will help my body. Since I am dieting, it will also help me lose weight. Thanks for sharing great information!

  2. Yeah, green tea is where it's at! What's funny is I used to work with a guy, who always drank diet green tea. Then I stopped and thought, "Hey, this guy is slim and in shape....and I am not." I started to substitute green tea, for my afternoon soda fix. I'm not going to say I lost a lot of weight from it, and not from the exercise. But the combination of both, was definitely working!
